No amount shall be withdrawn from the Federal Provident Fund or any other federal government fund except for the following amounts:-
(a) Amounts charged on the Federal Reserve Fund,
(b) Amounts to be expended pursuant to the Federal Appropriations Act,
(c) Amounts expended in accordance with federal law in the form of appropriations pending consideration of appropriations bills, or
(d) The amount to be spent in accordance with the Federal Borrowing Expenditure Act with only details of expenditure in special cases. But in the case of federal contingency fund, it will be according to Article 124.
